Erro FSuipc

Boas pessoal tou com esse erro assim ke tento isntalar o fsuipc alguem ja teve esse tipo de erro e ke me possa ajudar???

Se não é saca AQUI.

oi amigo. ja fui buscar a ultima versao....
nao funciona..... ate ja desisntalei o jogo e voltei a intalar e formatar o pc nem pensarrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
